ASR4 Care Consultancy has many years’ experience in the specialist care and supported living sector. Founders Scott and Rich have worked together for over 7 years, delivering end-to-end care projects from initial concept through to completed, income-producing assets.
We help investors identify the right site, assess viability, and guide projects through every stage of development. This includes design input, planning strategy, and sourcing an experienced care provider to lease the building on long-term, sustainable terms.
ASR4 can project manage the entire process, including the build where required, taking schemes from inception through to practical completion, sign-off, lease preparation, and handover of the finished asset.
Beyond delivery, we also manage the care provider on behalf of the investor or owner, providing ongoing oversight to protect income, maintain compliance, and ensure the asset performs as intended.

Richard Coates
Rich Coates is an experienced entrepreneur and specialist care-sector professional with a proven track record in developing high-quality care and supported living facilities across the UK.
Over the past seven years, Rich has been directly involved in the development of 15 care facilities, working across the full lifecycle of projects — from site identification and feasibility through design, delivery, operator engagement, and handover. His experience spans specialist supported living, care-led residential schemes, and investor-backed care assets.
Beyond the care sector, Rich operates across multiple industries, including electronics, finance, food packaging, sports, and property, bringing a commercially focused, results-driven approach to every venture. His cross-sector experience enables him to bridge operational insight with investment strategy, delivering assets that are both socially impactful and financially robust. Rich is known for his hands-on approach, strong industry relationships, and ability to translate complex projects into clear, bankable outcomes for investors, partners, and operators alike.
